EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with our product. Enjoy up to 30 days to return/exchange your purchase. For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label is included in all domestic (i.e. 48 contiguous United States) orders. A nominal fee of $5.95 per package will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Exchanged merchandise is shipped ground service at no additional shipping charge.

SHIPPING GIFTS
All orders are shipped with an invoice. To ship an order with an invoice without prices displayed, select the gift box option at checkout. By selecting the gift box option, your order will also be shipped with a complimentary gift box.
ORDER STATUS/ORDER TRACKING
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track domestic orders, click here. To track international/FiftyOne orders, click here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain your tracking information.
TIMING OF ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED
If your order is placed Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped the same day or the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday prior to noon PST, the order may be shipped the same day; if not, it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see the estimated arrival date, depending on the type of shipping you select.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On rare occasions, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order.
SHIPPING ORDER CONFIRMATION
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order online.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN "ORDER DATE" AND "SHIP DATE"
On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at noon PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. If you opted for UPS 2 Day Shipping, you will receive your package 2 days after it ships. In some cases this does not necessarily mean 2 days after you place the order. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
