RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product.


Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise must be returned within 30 days after purchase for either refund or exchange. Returned or exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original garment tags still attached. Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective. We will gladly exchange like items and ship to you at no additional charge (applicable in the US only). For Hawaii, Alaska, and International returns & exchanges please contact Customer Service Department at 1.855.790.1709.


To make a return, please click the "Make a Return" button on this page and follow the instructions. A restocking fee of $5.95 per package will be deducted from your refund. Exchanged merchandise is shipped ground service at no additional shipping charge. Exchanges will require contacting our customer service via phone 1.855.790.1709 or email support@jbrand.zendesk.com

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed within the 48 contiguous United States, between November 22, 2016 through December 5, 2016 at 11:59 pm PST may take advantage of our extended holiday return policy. JBrandJeans.com will accept any return or exchange (unwashed, unworn and unused) postmarked by January 15, 2016 at 11:59pm PST. For your convenience, a prepaid shipping label is included in all domestic (i.e. 48 contiguous United States) orders. Free ground shipping on exchanged merchandise.

FAQs

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
