We are proud to offer international shipping. 

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING GIFTS

Due to the holiday season, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

All orders are shipped with packing list only and no prices will be shown. By selecting the gift box option at checkout, your order will also be charged an additional $5 and shipped with a gift box. 

ORDER STATUS/ORDER TRACKING

Due to the holiday season, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. For order tracking, head over to the Orders page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

TIMING OF ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED

Due to the holiday season, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

If your order is placed Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday, the order will be shipped on Monday. 2 Day and 1 Day orders will be shipped on the same day if received before 11 AM PST Monday through Friday.  If an express order is received after 11 AM on Friday or during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING ORDER CONFIRMATION

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order online. Please allow up to one day for the tracking info to update.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN "ORDER DATE" AND "SHIP DATE"

Due to the holiday season, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at noon PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. If you opted for 2 Day shipping, you will receive your package 2 days after it ships. In some cases this does not necessarily mean 2 days after you place the order. Although most express orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
